Quality Rental is sending representatives to industry conventions this November and February. Conventions are an important part of the rental industry to learn, network, recharge and find new products. We would love to meet up with any of our peers or customers attending either event.

While attending conventions we will often live stream on facebook, seek feedback from peers and customers on new products, and make major purchases.  Please do reach out to us with your suggestions and requests for next season!

  3. Product and Website Updates

We have recently spent some time updating the equipment and tool section of the website to better reflect our product selection and provide easier access to information and pricing.

    Updates include:

    • Makes and models of many items
    • Pricing listed for daily rental rates.
    • Dropdown menus for items with multiple versions
    • Updated and matching graphics

As of 10-11 we have finished more than half of our intended updates and will continue to add new information and features.

  4. Fall in love with Rustic

You might be thinking rustic, barnyard, or natural wood and country setting for your next event. You wouldn't be alone. Interesting mixes of old and new. The creations we have seen in this style of theme the past few years have produced some incredibly fabulous setups, and propelled this style into its own category. We are seeing the theme all year round, but fall is the biggest surge in wooden, antique, and natural styles. Lets revisit some of the many offerings we have added in recent years to supplement this theme.

Translucent century tent with natural wood poles:

Stained to match many of our other offerings, we have a complete kit with natural wooden poles surrounding the entire perimeter, and center poles. Translucent fabric, while more heavy duty than sailcloth, carries similar attributes such as some light bleed inside and outside. Century Tents carry similar style of tall swooping peaks.

  6. Pantone Color of the Year - 2018

This theme from pantone blends well with the rental industry trends we have been observing in our customer base  People are looking outside the norm and for custom accenting with personal touches. Classic items are still very prevalent, but personal touches and unique finishes are more common than ever. We think this classic purple is perfect for an elegant wedding with lots of chic touches for a unique and personable look on your big day.

“A dramatically provocative and thoughtful purple shade, PANTONE 18-3838 Ultra Violet communicates originality, ingenuity, and visionary thinking that points us toward the future,” - Pantone

How can you incorporate ultra-violet into your event with rental product?  We have been seeing brides mixing different shades of purple in décor and tablescapes through runners, base cloths, or drapery. Uplighting is one of the best ways to get a  splash of ultra-violet on focal points throughout

We have recently updated our selection of lighting options available for rent.  We carry a great assortment of lighting options for different styles of events, including high tempo electronic lights, accenting pieces, or effects pieces.  Here are some of the popular options available.

    Uplights

Due to a very high demand we purchased a high end uplighting system that can transform the look of an entire room.  This system runs on high capacity recharchable batteries which adds the great benefit of a completely wireless and effortlesssetup.  Lights are simply placed around the room and turned on. They can be set for any solid color or can run one of the various programs with various effects.  We can set the lights for you prior to your event so no programming is necessary.
