Towable Pig Roaster
Towable unit can be used as a propane gas cooker, charcoal oven, or combination unit. Cooks up to 125# pig. Comes with a rotisserie motor and forks.
PIG ROASTER
Roaster comes equipped with spit attached to motor and optional propane tank. Flat grate available upon request in place of spit.

TO LIGHT BBQ
1.) Open lid and turn tank valve on.
2.) Turn burner valve (black knob) to “PILOT”.
3.) Push burner valve in and hold for 60 seconds.
4.) Repeatedly push igniter button till pilot is lit. Continue to push black knob for at least 1 minute.
5.) Release knob slowly and turn to ON position.
**If pilot is not lit, repeat above process**
Flame tube will ignite. If flame is jumping in tube shut off. Let cool and repeat above steps.
Once burning properly close lid to get to desired temperature. Flame can be adjusted slightly by turning black knob.
40 lbs propane tank will last approximately 7 hours
Operates more efficiently with lid closed.
