Instructions

STEAM TABLE LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS

***UNIT IS DESIGNED TO BE USED IN AN OUTDOOR WELL VENTILATED AREA***

1.) Place steam table on a level area clear. Ensure the control knobs are in the CLOSED position(parallel to to the ground) . Attach propane tank using provided regulator.

2.) Remove 1 food pan and cover from unit and set aside.

3.) Open propane tank valve completely and allow system to pressurize, will take approximately 1 minute.

4.) Hold lit long butane lighter or fireplace match next to the burner and open the control valve(turn so knob is up and down perpendicular to the ground). The burner will light instantly.

5.) Fill steam table with 1-2 inches of water and reinstall food pan and lid.

6.) Unit will take a few moments to reach temperature safe to hold food.

Please drain all water out of unit using drain located underneath steam table.

***Return all food pans free of food and rinsed. ***
