Adjustable grill top

1 Spit with Motor

TO REMOVE THE SPIT:

Lift the pointed end of the spit unit the tension on the drive chair is released and the chain is loose on the drive sprocket.

Recover the chain from the sprocket. The spit can not be removed.

HOW TO USE THE SPIT:

1.) Loosen tightening screw on one skewer and remove from spit

2.) Prepare the meat that is to be barbecued, tying securely with heavy twine. Insert the spit through the thickest part of the meat.

3.) Adjust the skewer on spit so meat being cooked is in the center of the spit.

4.) Slip on the skewer that was taking off and insert into meat on spit. Tighten skewers securely.

5.) Reattach the spit to the motor. Plug in unit when ready to cook.
