Cajun Fryer
8 GALLON FRYER INSTRUCTIONS
***UNIT IS DESIGNED TO BE USED IN AN OUTDOOR, WELL VENTILATED AREA***
1.) Place fryer on level surface and install propane tank using regulator.
2.) Located the baskets on cooking rod and fill the reservoir approximately 3-4 wires from the top of the basket with desired cooking oil.
3.) Close the needle valve near the regulator on the cooker. Open the valve on the propane tank.
5.) always use caution when lighting cooker. Crack open the needle valve and ignite through the oblong hole with a long stem trigger lighter. Do NOT let gas build up in exhaust vent. If unit does not light right away, close needle valve and wait 1 minute before attempting to relight unit.
6.) open the the needle valve to increase temperature. Some adjustments will be needed to reach temperature.
7.) Bring oil to approximately 300-350 degrees and being frying food.
Once cooking is complete shut all propane gas down to unit. Let oil cook before draining unit. Use included drain hose to empty reservoir.
***Unit must be returned free of all oil and food free. ***
