Pretzel - Oven / Warmer
Now you can cook and hold pretzels in the same unit. Proper humidified warming compartment. Holds 48-50 jumbo soft pretzels. Cooks 9 pretzels at a time.
Requires 110 volts/ 14amps
PRETZEL OVEN OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
**DO NOT USE EXTENSION CORD WITH UNIT**
TO USE AS WARMER/DISPLAY
1.) Fill the water pan in warmer section of machine.
2.) Turn “HEAT” switch to on postion.
3.) Turn “HEAT CONTROL” to 170 Degrees and preheat unit for approximately 1 hour.
4.) Once temperature has been reached, adjust temperature to desired holding temperature. This will vary depending on items being placed inside and how often the door will be opened.
5.) Load food products once preheat is complete. If using a pizza display/warmer place food in cabinet straight from cooking oven.
6.) Turn on light switch for light and to rotate rack.
Please note, rotisserie will only engage when door is closed!
TO USE AS OVEN SECTION
***OVEN SECTION LOCATED BELOW MAIN DISPLAY ***
1.) Turn oven heat switch to “ON” position.
Preheat oven for ½ hr or unit oven pilot light goes out.
Please not that oven is controlled and set at a 425 degree thermostat.
USING OVEN TIMER
1.) Turn “OVEN TIMER SWITCH” to “ON” position. This will engage the timer circuit.
2.) Set desired cooking time using “TIMER CONTROL”. Buzzer will sound when time has expired.
