COOK AND HOLD OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

1.) Turn unit on.

2.) Press “Start–Stop” pad on control unit display flashes “STOP”

3.) Press “Program Advance” pad once to set PRE-HEAT TEMPERATURE.

Pre-heat temperature indicator light ill glow. Set temperature using up and down arrow pads.

3.) Press “Program Advance” pad once to set COOK TEMPERATURE. Cook temperature indicator light will glow. Set temperature using up and down arrow pads.

4.) Press “Program Advance” pad once to set COOK TIME. Cook time indicator light will glow. Set time using up and down arrow pads.

5.) Press “Program Advance” pad once to set HOLDING TEMPERATURE. Hold temperature indicator light will glow. Set temperature using up and down arrow pads.

6.) Press “Start-Stop” pad once to START CYCLE. Cycle on light will glow and display will flash pre and oven temperature.

7.) When pre-heat temperature has been reached, the cycle on light will flashing indicating the unit is ready to cook. Press “Start-Stop” pad to start cook cycle.

COOK CYCLE WILL NOT START UNIT THE PAD IS PRESSED!!!

Load oven with food product.

During the cook cycle the display will indicate cook temperature and count time remaining. Once Cook cycle has ended unit will automatically switch to “HOLD” cycle.

When in Hold cycle the display will will indicate hold, temperature and hold time. Unit will hold temperature untill Start-Stop pad is pressed again or unit is turned off.
