Hot Dog Roaster - Electric
Our hot dog roaster has a rotisserie assembly and overhead Bun Warmer. We carry industry leading concession equipment.
****DO NOT USE EXTENSION CORD WITH THIS UNIT!****
1.) Place on level, drive surface and plug unit directly into wall outlet. Make sure all machine switches are in the “OFF” position before plugging in unit.
2.) Place hot dogs on the rotisserie.
3.) When ready to use, move the rocker switch to “ON” position. This will start the rotation of the rotisserie.
6.) Use temperature knob to set desired warming temperature.
Please note: With the heat control set on “HIGH” and using average size hot dogs, it will take from 10-15 minutes to have the hog dogs ready for serving temperature.
One the dogs are cooked, reduce the heat control setting to keep warm.
** UNIT WILL HOLD 56 HOT DOGS **
To use optional bun warmer(set up before adding hot dogs )
Warmer located above hot dog rotisserie.
1. Pour 1 ½ quarts of water into the water pan. This will keep the buns moist.
2. Place buns in bun warmer.
Please clean machine before returning.
Do not submerse machine in water.
Clean using mild detergent or dish soap. Do not clean using abrasive cleaners of metal objects
