Chocolate Fondue Fountain
Industrial grade Sephra Chocolate Fountains for rent. Available in multiple sizes. Commonly used at weddings, parties, and showers.
CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Remove the fountain base and top assembly from their cases.
2.) Place the fountain basin on a sturdy, level surface. To level the base, place the supplied level on the rim of basin at various locations.
3.) Place the center cylinder on the center of the basin.
4.) Align each collar over the corresponding placement grooves on the cylinder, starting with largest tier. Tighten the set screws located on the tier using the provided hex wrench. Follow instructions for all tiers included.
5.) Place the top tier over over the cylinder allowing it to reset on the tier below. Place the crown on the top of the cylinder. Raise the top ties till it butts up against the crown and tighten the set screws.
6.) Place the auger inside the cylinder with the notch at the bottom. Rotate the auger by hand until notch rests on the top of the motor shaft.
7.) Preheat the fountain by turning the temperature dial to the highest setting and turning the control to “PREHEAT”. Allow fountain to preheat for at least 15 minutes.
8.) Once preheated and assembled, add chocolate to basin. Allow chocolate to temper in the basin for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally before turning on the motor. After the chocolate is has heated turn the control switch to “ON”.
***IMPORTANT: 16 pounds of chocolate is recommended for operation of fountain. Basin will hold 20 lbs max. ***
***Do not block vents on bottom of basin. May cause unit to over heat***
If gaps exist in the curtains of chocolate:
Check the level of the basin, there maybe not enough chocolate in the fountain. Melt additional chocolate and add to basin.
Chocolate may be too thick. Make certain chocolate is melted completely and warm. Turn off fountain, letting all chocolate to settle in basin. Reheat and add chocolate if needed.
