Operations changes - COVID-19
To our customers and friends regarding COVID-19 We greatly appreciate everyone’s camaraderie, community, and patience during these times. As the state and nation employs measures to slow the spread of this virus we will be implementing the following changes to our operations beginning Wednesday 3/25 until further notice. We are encouraging all contact related to party and event services to be done by email. We can be reached at info@qualityrental.com or via our website so that inquiries can be answered remotely and more efficiently. While email is highly preferred during this period, we are still taking phone calls, orders, and requests by phone as we service essential and emergency services. Please do leave a message if prompted to do so. We are limiting our party and event showroom visits to appointments only. The Pawtucket equipment department will still remain active during normal hours to service propane, equipment rentals, and repairs. The North Providence store will be reducing hours from 9am– 4pm. Changes to future orders can be made by emailing info@qualityrental.com We have extended the following commitments to our customer and community base: - Confirmed orders that are cancelled as a result of Coronavirus can be rescheduled up to 12 months later. Non-refundable deposits will be applied to future orders. - Customers with credit terms have been extended an additional 30 days if needed. - Community sponsorships to all kids teams and local events are continuing unabated. We will continue to monitor this situation closely and plan to resume full services as soon as possible. Sit tight and take care of each other out there.
