Q: How do I reserve rental items for my event?
A: Orders can be placed over the phone or in person at either of our locations. A driver's license and security deposit are needed for reservations. Security deposits vary based on the value of rental items.
Q: How far in advance should I reserve?
A: All rental items are reserved with a security deposit on a "first come first serve" type policy. We recommend reserving when you know rental items will definitely be needed. The busiest months are from May - October.
Q: Can we change orders once reserved?
A: Quality can accommodate reasonable changes to reservations. We make specific recommendations in the reservation process with our customers to make potential changes an easy process. Last minute changes may incur a restocking fee or labor charge.
Q: How can I cancel an order and what happens to my deposit?
A: Once an order is reserved, the items become unavailable for other customers. The security deposit protects our company and customers from missing out on other orders. This is the reason security deposits are non-refundable.
