Q: Where do you deliver and what is the cost?
A: We deliver to most of Southern New England. Prices vary based on distance from our central location in Pawtucket, RI. Prices are $70 - $90 including delivery and pickup of all items to surrounding cities.
Q: When will delivery and pickup occur?
A: Standard delivery is done in a 4 hour time window between 8AM - 5PM due to time constraints. There may or may not be an additional fee for delivery at a specified time, on Sundays, or after normal hours of operation. We will do our best to accommodate your specific needs. We often suggest receiving delivery a day or two prior to events and pickup the day after if safe storage is possible.
Q: What is included in my delivery?
A: Delivery and pickup of all items. Standard rates are for a first-floor delivery during normal business hours. Delivery personnel are instructed to stack all items in a mutually agreed-upon location on delivery. We ask for specific delivery instructions or someone to be present upon arrival.
Q: Who is responsible for setup and breakdown?
A: The customer is responsible for setting up event items such as linens, chairs, place settings, and equipment unless otherwise specified. Tent setup (excluding customer pole tents) are included in the cost of each tent. Quality Rental would be happy to help you set up and arrange your other items if preferred. Labor fees are calculated by items and quantities.
